Website data
This website is generated as static HTML and does not provide account creation, user logins, or built-in messaging. If standard web server logs are enabled by the hosting provider, they may temporarily record technical information such as IP address, request path, browser type, and timestamp for security and operational purposes.
If analytics, forms, or third-party scripts are added later, this policy should be updated before those changes go live.
App-specific privacy
Each Space 64 app may have different privacy characteristics depending on its features. For example, an offline scanner, a study app, and a simple date utility do not necessarily handle data in the same way. The final production privacy materials should match the actual implementation of each app and the disclosures made in the app stores, Steam, and Microsoft Store where applicable.
If an app stores data only on device, that should be stated clearly. If an app uses analytics, crash reporting, subscriptions, cloud backup, account systems, or third-party SDKs, those details should also be disclosed clearly.
Portrait Polish: Face Data and Photo Processing
Portrait Polish does not collect, upload, sell, or share face data.
The app may analyze photos selected by the user locally on the device to identify portrait, skin, face, lip, or similar visual regions. This local analysis is used only to apply photo editing effects chosen by the user, such as skin smoothing, lip color, lip gloss, brightness, and portrait enhancement masks.
Portrait Polish does not use face data to identify a person, authenticate a user, create a face profile, create a biometric identifier, or track users across apps or websites.
Photos, edits, and temporary processing results remain on the user's device unless the user chooses to save, export, or share an edited image using device or operating system features.
Face data and photo analysis results are not sent to Space 64 servers and are not shared with third parties. Space 64 does not retain face data because it is never collected or uploaded.
